SUP Yoga

 

I'm all trained up to not only stand on the magestic stand-up paddle board (or, for less of a mouthful, SUP), but to teach you yoga on them. If you thought balancing on dry land was a challenge, just wait until we hit the water. :) For a workout to really hit your deep core muscles, you can't beat SUP Yoga.
